Who: All graduating high school seniors, (homeschooled, private or public school), friends and family and other aged students with their friends and family. This is a FAMILY trip at a FAMILY resort, so all families are welcome and invited to attend the graduation ceremony on the beach as well! We’ll have optional meet-ups at the resort including a scavenger hunt, pool time, enjoy a movie together at the included theatre, etc!

Accommodations: Our room block is in the Coral Tower nestled between the Marina and Paradise Lagoon. See map below for location on property. The Coral Tower sits steps away from marine exhibits, 7-acre snorkeling lagoon, one of the main pool, water slides, Casino, Crystal Court shops and Marina Village. The rooms at Coral are contemporary & relaxed and the tower showcases tranquil fountains and marine life sculptures underneath soothing lobby skylights.  Standard Guest Rooms feature either a king-sized or 2 double beds, boasts 300 square feet, full balcony and include shower/bathtub combo in bathrooms.

DINING Q & A

DO I NEED TO MAKE RESTAURANT RESERVATIONS?

We want our guests to enjoy our amazing dining experiences at a dining time that best suits them. We strongly suggest making restaurant reservations in advance, before arriving on property. Our restaurants are very popular, and it can sometimes be difficult to find preferred dining times if they are not reserved. Please call our dining reservation specialist toll free at 1-888-526-0386 within 90 days of travel or email them at PID-DinnerReservations@atlantisparadise.com.

  • Please note we require either a confirmed room reservation or a credit card to hold dinner reservations.
  • If a reservation needs to be canceled, we require that you cancel before 4pm on the day of the reservation by calling Restaurant Reservations at ext. 29.
  • A $50 per person no-show fee will be charged if guests do not show up for their reservation. After a 15-minute grace period, the no-show fee will be strictly enforced.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE RESTAURANTS?

WHAT ARE THE RESTAURANT HOURS?
Hours at our many restaurants vary, and certain restaurants might be closed on occasion. Please check your daily Atlantean newsletter or call a restaurant specialist at ext. 29 for daily availability and hours. Or, click here for current restaurant closings.

CAN I BOOK A DINING PLAN WHILE AT THE RESORT?
Dining plans can be purchased at the resort as long as they are purchased by dinner time on the first day of the guest’s arrival.  They cannot be booked further into a guest’s stay and applied retroactively.

ARE THERE SERVICES FOR BIRTHDAYS AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS?
Our pastry shop can create a variety of different cakes to suit every occasion. Please call a dining reservation specialist toll free at 1-888-526-0386 for further information.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS
Atlantis’ Culinary Division offers our guests a number of dining options that cater to guests with special dietary needs, food allergies and dining restrictions. We ask guests who require special dietary accommodations to contact the Chef’s Office at least two weeks prior to arrival with the full details of their needs. The Chef’s Office is available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST by calling (242) 363-3000, ext. 66540 or ext. 66338.

KOSHER
Many guests who require kosher meals choose the option of bringing their own food with them. This requires that all food products arrive on property in a condition satisfactory to our guests and in compliance with our health and hygiene policies. Please note: we do not accept products that are shipped through an external carrier. We will only accept food items directly from the guest or through our certified vendors. The hotel charges a reheating fee for these food products and advance notice of dining locations is recommended. For guests who choose not to bring their own kosher meals, The Atlantis carries a limited selection of frozen kosher meals that are suitable for all meal periods.

HALAAL
For guests requiring Halaal meat products, there are a several options that can be made available during their stay. Please note that these specialty food items require advanced notice as well as a lead time for purchase and delivery to the resort (up to seven working days). Guests requesting Halaal products from U.S will be responsible for the surcharges in shipping as well as customs duty charges. Vendor’s Halaal certification and origin of product is available for guest to review upon arrival.

 

Refunds: Will be granted if guest purchased travel insurance through us and the situation is covered under the policy which they purchased.

How to sign up: Email FTRU admin & travel agent, Clarissa Winchester at clarissa@classictravelconnection.com that you are ready to register. She will send you registration link and make plans to secure your deposit.
